"Great experience for myself and my daughter. My daughter felt comfortable the whole time, our appointments were almost at the same time so they had us in rooms side by side. I could hear my daughter the whole time, she was comfortable and happy. They even turned on cartoons for her. They explained in details what going on for me, what was needed and why. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and friendly."

"Horrible customer service and very unprofessional staff. I am sharing my experience with the public because I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. When I last had a filling done at this office, I was supposed to be numb at the time but I was not. Also, the assistant was pushing the tool down very hard on my lip and it was hurting. I let them know that it hurt and she said “thats what happens when you don’t clean your teeth.” They did not stop when they knew they were hurting me. Also, the doctor was stretching my cheek so much that I had bad tearing on my cheek and it resulted in huge ulcers. I had already informed them that I was prone to getting ulcers and they made it worse. When leaving my appointment, I requested a mouthrinse or medication to help with the tearing, but the doctor refused. I also advised the front manager Keandra of what happened and she did not show any compassion. She stated they could not help me and they did not even apologize for what had happened during the procedure. AND ON TOP OF THAT, 3 months later the filling fell out and there was a big open contact between my teeth where they had sawed it down and food was getting stuck in it. Needless to say, I transferred my care!! Also, my mother had a bad experience here. This office charged my mother’s insurance for partials recently, but they did not make the partials correctly to fit. She told them as soon as she seen them at the day of receiving them. AND THEY HAVE MADE EVERY EXCUSE TO NOT FIX THEM FOR HER! They stated if they file them down then there would be a hole. How is that even possible! They did not even offer to file them down CORRECTLY without having an issue. They knew that she would not be eligible for another 10 years because they have just given them to her. This office has given me an almost inhumane experience. They only care to bring you in and get your money. But they do not care for their patients. Please save yourself time and don’t go to this office."

"I took my 2 young sons here for a check up today and everyone was so nice and welcoming!! The dental assistant “Anne” was so informative on how my 9 year old should use his electric toothbrush and about how dental disclosing tablets could/would help him with what he misses when he brushes his teeth! Down to the best mouthwash (Act), flavored toothpick flossers and a timer to make this daily routine fun for him!! She was GREAT! I wanted to take her home with us!! She sealed the deal with my search for our new dental home! Thank you Dental Care Center of Smithfield, N.C."
