"Captain Brant and Captain Derek run a terrific Gulf Stream fishing school. Other than charter trips, none of our crew had done Stream fishing on their own. We were taught where and how to select fishing locations to improve our odds of finding fish. With Captain Derek's guidance we rigged the bait, set the lines, gaffed the fish, and cleaned our catch. We caught several wahoo, tuna and mahi with Derek, but the real value was when we headed out on our own. On three subsequent trips on my boat, we selected different locations based on the conditions as we had been taught in the land class. Using the techniques we learned in the class, we caught tuna and mahi on all three trips (it was too late in the season for wahoo). No amount of Youtube watching or reading could have produced those kind of results right out of the gate."

There's nothing worse than spending a lot of money on a trip for the family, then finding out you are on a dirty boat with a foul-mouthed crew who smokes all day. That is certainly not the case here! What's more, this fleet is very honest about fishing trends and expectations, which allows you to book the correct trip for the experience that you want.
