"I have been with Ample Storage since 2015. I have never worried about anything stored there. The people who run this storage facility are on top of things. They cost a little more but it is worth every dime. Just having peace of mind that my belongings are in safe hands is one less thing to have to worry about. That's worth it too. ; )"

"I would probably give this facility a five star because it seemed clean and the staff were polite. The main office however contacted me (via email, so it is all in writing) to facilitate the rental and totally messed it up. I requested a 5 x 10 and was told it was unavailable but they had a 5 x 15 which was much to large for my 10 boxes. I emailed back advising back for a 5 x 5. They did, provided me the cost and told me they reserved the unit but when I arrived, I was told there must have been a "miscommunication" because they had reserved a 5 x 15. Upon returning home, I contacted the main office and was told that someone else must have rented the 5 x 5 before me. Obviously an error on their part and not very apologetic or accommodating. Colossal waste of my time. If you use them, best not to go through their main office but to the center directly. Training might be in order."
