"Service we received was awesome but they had the door open and it was colder inside that store than it was outside in the sun. The cashier was trembling Cold and could barley talk and think straight. When I made a joke about closing the door she said she would close it if she could. There should be a standard set to how they are treating their associates and I can only imagine with how cold I was just trying to shop for a few minutes, how hard it is to stand in one spot and ring out customers. Unacceptable."

"Great place to get your ears / nose pierced. Also has amazing collections for women accessories, kids soft toys , girls vegan makeup products and their press on nails aree damnn worth it ! Good place to shop for Christmas gifts for your loved and not -so loved ones ;) As it had good stuff starting from $1 .."

"C.J. at this location is the absolute BEST!!! I was serviced at another Claire's a week ago, that associate was very personable & knowledgeable. The person there today was not helpful to me even after my 2hr drive. Trying to figure something out, I took a chance on calling this Claire's location. Let me tell you that from the moment C.J. answered the telephone she was attentive, concerned, & helpful. She did not make any promises but told me to come in. She should be "Employee of the Year" & get a promotion. I could tell this is the norm for her as she also gave attention to other customers who entered after me. I absolutely felt heard, understood, & valued. Thank you for EVERYTHING Ms. C.J.!"

"Claire’s was a fabulous experience for my ear piercing. I wish I could read the name of the sweet manager who did my piercing but I can’t make out her name on my paper work. She was careful to sanitize everything, marked my earlobe carefully and did the piercing quickly. She went over care instructions completely, too. A very nice experience with a great person."
