"For a local store, the selections are incredibly minimal. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of stuff here but that’s just it. A lot of the same things…lots of stuff everywhere but it’s not even the good stuff. They’re more expensive than the places in Charlotte which is baffling. You’d think they’d lower prices with the low quality products they have. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and helpful."

"DO NOT shop here! These people have been takkng advantage of our community for too long. They owners are rude and money hungry. They never have sales and products are way over priced. There is another beauty supply nearby near the mall that has great sales and very friendly customer service. If you want to feel like you are appreciated please don’t shop at this store."

"I shop here as a last resort when ik exactly what I need, otherwise I travel in the opposite direction. Why? bc they make me feel uncomfortable when browsing their small, overstocked store items. They stare and follow customers but offer little help when asked about their inventory. The box headed young woman with dark hair always in an updo pony is NEVER friendly. She stares meanly of them all. There is 1 newer cashier, thin tall woman, who seems polite and socialable. Again, I only spend a few coins here when ik what need."
