"THE BEST! I have been going to SNOBS since it opened and have been with my stylist long before then. Lindsey has never disappointed in the many years I have been going to her for my hair needs and I am constantly getting compliments on my hair color. Reasonably priced and always on point. LOVE THEM!!!!!"
"Always pleasant and friendly. Every haircut, color, or styling is perfect. I love those ladies at SNOBS"
"They don’t know how to cut hair. Went in with a photo that wasn’t hard and came out with a buzz cut. If you have textured hair do not go here. We explained well what we wanted. My son was crying in the chair!! I could have given him a buzz cut for free at home."
"I am a new client and Julie is my stylist! I came in looking for highlights and a fresh cut - style. Julie was absolutely amazing and did a PERFECT job!! The salon itself is clean and everyone was extremely welcoming. Felt like a tight knit family. Already thinking about my fall color (s) and summer has just started. Thank you Julie for everything!"
"I’m new to the area, needed my hair permed again. Found SNOBS. I called to make an appointment, there was no consultation whatsoever. Went in and met with Melony the day of my appointment. Nice lady. She sat me down in her chair and went to work. Clearly my hair is bleached. She never consulted with me what could happen if I permed bleached hair. I told her that I had met with another stylist that told me I’d need 300.00 worth of products before she would perm my hair. Melony said and I quote “she was just trying to sell you products”. My husband was with me at my appointment and heard it all. She completed my perm and when she removed all the rods she started scrunching my hair and then told me, “be careful with it for a while”. Now, I’m not the professional here, she is. Turns out I learned a lot that day. After I left her salon and went home I noticed my hair felt like slime while wet and hay when dry. The curls as you can see in the pic below were horrible. The middle and down is barely curly. I went straight to another salon and talked with 3 other stylists. They all 3 said she should have known better than to perm bleached hair. They told me my hair was now over processed. I trusted Melony as she told me she had been a stylist for over 25 years. Since this perm disaster happened, I have spent over 500.00 on products to try and help my hair, my only other option is having to cut it very short to get rid of the over processed hair. I disputed it with my bank and of course she sent my bank a picture that she had that said “no refunds” but funny thing is, that sign was no where in sight the day of my appointment. This is truly sad. She ruined my hair. I’m not a professional she is. I trusted that she would take care of me that day. Beware of this place. Do your research on anyone you allow or trust to care for anything on your body. I’m devastated. These things happen way more than you realize and I’m betting that this isn’t Melony’s first go round. You go ahead and keep my 90.00 I just consider this a lesson learned and I’ll will make sure and use my voice."
