"Update: The owner reached out to me and addressed my concerns and promised me a better experience in the future! However comparatively its a pricey salon! Way too pricy!! I went in for a hair cut and eyebrow threading..I washed my hair before going in and it was shampooed well. I went in at 2, lady said to come back at 3...I said okay and went in after an hour...she looked at my hair and said it needs to be washed again...I didn't think too much of it said OK even though I knew I was going to be charged extra...hair cut was good but she kept on focusing on every other person who came in and I was kept waiting...threading was rushed but it was okay...the biggest problem was she charged me $85...way too pricy for a haircut and eyebrow threading and on top of eveything waiting for so long...I don't think I will be returning there ....I paid nearly $70 for the haircut, the prices advertised was completely different from what I was charged. Disappointing for sure!"

"I would definately recommend this place to everybody. I went there to receive haircut+wash and it was 40 min before their closing time. Yet the owner Medha agreed on providing me with the service having 3 persons already in the queue before me. The hair wash was really nicely done. It was for a good 10-15 min. Then the haircut was done by Medha. She was really patient and calm through out even when it was well past the closing time. Her cutting technique was just purely professional and the results were fantastic. I have never received such a good haircut till now in Charlotte. Anybody needing a haircut, you must visit this salon and get it done by Medha hands down!"
