"Hands down the best place to get your nails done. I highly recommend Kathy! She takes her time and does an amazing job!"
"Tracy did an excellent job! She was friendly and attentive and my nails look great for my first time there. I will be back!"
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The atmosphere is super nice and chill. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was taken care of! I got a full set + gel pedi.. I didn’t know how I was going to do it, considering this time I decided to bring my daughter with me (3 months), although she is pretty much relaxed she’s still a baby lol, they were sure to get me in and out without being rushed but steady! I appreciate you all, I definitely will be back!"
"I took my goddaughter here because she wanted to get a mani pedi with me. She loved hers, and was super happy with everything. I did not have that same experience, but that is okay because the outing was about her. I don't remember the name of the man who did my nails, but I confirmed with him before I ever sat down that I cannot have anything with lavender in it because I am allergic to lavender. He agreed and said that that was fine. We were less than 5 minutes into my service before he slathered my legs in a lavender sugar scrub that burned like hell. It was only on my skin for a maximum of 45 seconds, but allergies kind of suck like that, and it was not a great time. I tried to tell him never mind on the deluxe anything just paint my toenails and I'm going to grit my teeth and bear this because my goddaughter is enjoying herself, but he insisted on trying to find an alternative. I asked him to lower me down to the basic mani-pedi instead of the deluxe which is what I had asked for, and apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere along the way and he offered me some keratin gloves for my hands as a replacement for the lotion because all of their lotion is lavender, and I was under the impression that I was receiving a basic manicure until I got to the checkout where I was charged for the deluxe for both despite being unable to enjoy any of the services rendered. And I almost would have turned to blind eye to that if the nail polish had not begun to ship less than 3 hours after leaving the salon. But it did. So there's that. My goddaughter, on the other hand... She was thrilled with her services, absolutely enjoyed all of it and her manicure and pedicure are both still immaculate. It's been a week. Throw out everything everyone was very friendly, despite it all. If I wasn't allergic to lavender, I'm sure the experience would have been lovely. That's not sarcasm, I'm being genuine. Lavender is a weird allergy and people make mistakes and that's okay. I still tipped everybody who did mine and my goddaughter's services."
