Claire's 1480 U.S. 29, Concord, NC 28025

"While I prefer this Claire’s over others due to its location, this is the 2nd time that I came and it wasn’t open when it should be. Hours online say they open at 10am. Claire’s website says they open at 10am. Arrived on Tuesday, January 2nd at 10:30 am and they were dark and doors locked. It gets frustrating."

"I will never order or shop from here again. Ordered an item online to be shipped to the store 1-2 hours (Carolina Mall) Here it is almost a week later and I still have not received the item. But they received my money. Called customer service numerous of times, they stated that the item would still take 24hrs since I ordered on the weekend. ! Even after the online order said 1-2 hrs for pick up. Called the STORE NUMEROUS OF TIMES. NO ANSWER !!!! Called customer service once again because I had not heard anything back, and they made me cancel my order. So I still won’t receive the items that I needed ! Should’ve just went to Amazon. Me thinking I’d receive the item earlier because it’s only 10mins from my home guess I thought WRONG ! AMAZON WOULD NEVERRR ! Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give ZERO"

"Please hire employees who actually know that having a job means you are actually supposed to do work. I went in today 6/29 around 7pm to get my ears pierced. Two young ladies were sitting behind the counter when I walked in, and I stated that I would like to get my ears pierced. One of them says "Mya, go pierce her ears." Mya blows and stays seated. The other young lady says have seat in the chair at the front and she (Mya) will be up there to pierce your ears. I go and sit down. I hear them loudly going back and forth, with "Mya" saying "I have been piercing all day you go pierce her ears." They keep going back and forth about who is going to pierce my ears with the other young lady saying, "get up Mya, do your job," while they are both still seated behind the counter. Mya stays looking down at her cellphone the whole time. I am still sitting there waiting and listening to them. I finally get up and leave. Other customers walk in and are not greeted and neither one of them attempts to get up. These young ladies appear to have zero work ethic, and enjoy getting paid to sit behind the counter on their cellphones instead of doing their jobs."

"The workers at this location were very rude. I went in to do a return and was told that Claire’s doesn’t accept any returns at any store. I proceeded to ask why but they interrupted me to speak to another customer. I went to the Claire’s at Concord Mills and had the return processed with no issues. Not sure who told them that no Claire’s stores accepts returns."
