"Poor customer service. No calls are returned. We ordered our pool liner on 4/20/21 and we are still waiting. When you call no one knows when it will arrive. It has gone from a one month guarantee to an eight week guarantee to they now have no clue as to when the liner will arrive. They currently have $3000.00 of our money and have no desire to reach out and find out what is going on with our liner. This is so unacceptable."
