"My son and I order some hibachi and some sushi. We received the sushi first. We finished half the sushi when I flipped over the pickled ginger, it had a hair under it. Yea, probably won't return."

"Very disappointed in food and management. I asked if they had stopped using soy sauce in the fried rice. This was the whitest "fried rice" I have ever seen at any japanese restaurant I've patroned. The, I guess it was the manager, informed me (3 times) that their rice was not as dark as chinese fried rice. I told him we have eaten at this establishment several times. He then told me "it depends on who is cooking". My teriyaki chicken was cold and old, but I didn't even bother to let him know as he obviously thought I was delusional and didn't know the difference between japanese and chinese. Had he even just have offered to take it back and put it back on the grill and cooked it off in some soy sauce I would have not even posted this. Only excuses! This establishment has went down hill so bad over the last couple of years. Our past 3 to go orders the quality of food has been bad. After spending $42.47 on 2 entrees and a crab rangoon appetizer and leaving almost my entire plate on the table this was our final straw. We will not be coming back. Sakura is closer to home, however, we will go back to Fuji's from now on. It is obvious the owners have made their money and have left their establishment in the hands of "americanized mexicans". The one and only star I was forced to leave is for cleanliness. Just as clean as my "fried rice"."

"For the price there is not much steak and shrimp also no zucchini in rice I had to switch my mushrooms out for zucchini. I wish they would offer the true Japanese hibachi with all the correct veggies and more meat."

"I love Sakura Express. I went to the Forest City location and it is always good. The staff is always nice and quick with service. I like to eat the Teriyaki Chicken but weirdly without the chicken, thankfully they offer an entree called the vegetable melody and it is absolutely amazing. If you're a vegetable eater than this dish is for you 10/10! I love the zucchini in this too!"
