Aqua-Duck Water Transport

"I work for a well repair company where we need tanks of water on occasion. Aqua-duck has been very helpful in supplying us with our water needs! They're great, Jessica is always so nice and helpful. I would recommend Aqua-duck for anyone's bulk water needs, they'll certainly be our go to."

"Their hose left scaring across my new pool deck. I asked the driver if he could clean the marks that his hose created, and he said they would simply wash off and then just left. I've tried brushing with soap and water, and marks did not come off. I informed Aqua-Duck of the issue and they refuse to do anything - and even attempted to blame other workers at the house. Shame on Aqua-Duck."

"I ordered 2 truckloads of water for a 1pm delivery. I was told no problem and that they would arrive around 1pm. At 2pm, the company working on installing my pool liner called to say the truck hadn't arrived yet. I called AquaDuck and was told that the appointment had been made for 2pm instead of 1pm like I had requested. Odd, but no problem right? Wrong. At 2:30pm I was told the truck was 15 minutes away. At 2:45pm I was told they were still 15 minutes away. But had popped a tire. With no other trucks available, she told me it would be around 30 minutes for them to change the tire. At 4pm, still no truck. I was told they had dispatched a different truck and that was was currently filling up, but they had no ETA of when it would arrive at my house. When I originally spoke to the woman, I had already let her know that the pool company would be awaiting their arrival. My contractor waited 3hrs+ in the sun and rain for the water truck to never come. At 4:30pm, my pool company said they'd spoken to AquaDuck and that the truck was on their way but they could not give an ETA as to their arrival. What a mess. AquaDuck was a backup after the original company I was going to use did not have time to fit in my delivery. The pool company I hired was reluctant to even use their services after they'd been left high and dry several times by AquaDuck in the past. My suggestion: take your money elsewhere if you do not want your time wasted."

"Easy to schedule and came when I needed them. Arrived on time in nasty, rainy weather. The driver, I believe Anthony was very nice, courteous, friendly and professional. The pool is filled and my grand daughter is thrilled. He put rubber ducks in the pool that light up and she was ecstatic. Thank you guys so much."

"This is a review of one of their drivers. This person was so close to me on I-485 that I could only see half of the headlights. This is driving at 70 MPH. They weaved in and out of traffic, riding everyone's tail end. I would not ever use or recommend a company whose drivers are so careless and rude."
