He didn’t put on a sales pitch and listened to what we were looking for. He suggested a couple options and we picked one that worked perfectly in the space we had. "From the time I placed the order with Dustin for our Prodigy HotSpring Spa until today, EVERYONE I have come in contact with has been immediately responsive, fully detailed and patient, despite my compulsive disposition. Over the past three months, I have been in contact with Sales, Order Confirmation, Specs Inquiry and Delivery departments which provided detailed information. My electrician required additional technical information regarding pre-wiring which was provided to him immediately in one phone call. I have made multiple calls with questions to Dustin for guidance in start-up, operation and maintenance, of which there have been many, as this is my first hot tub. I honestly haven't a negative comment about dealing with Fun Outdoor Living and recommend these folks, without reservation."

"From the beginning to the end, this company was top-notch. Matthew was an amazing GC and made this as stress-free of a project as possible for us. He gave frequent updates on what to expect next and immediately addressed any concerns we had along the way. We ran into a pretty big issue at the beginning of the project that no one was expecting, however, as it was an error on FODL’s part, they took full responsibility and corrected the issue without involving us any further. The project came out better than we could have expected. We will 100% work with Fun Out Door Living again for future projects.
