"When I arrived early to pick up my order it was sitting on a shelf behind the register. Even though I wrapped it in a beach towel it was barely warm when I got home. I asked that my filet mignon be medium rare and received medium well, the shrimp were overcooked and I couldn't eat the mushrooms. Instead of the fried rice and entree being in separate compartments the entree was on top of the fried rice. The sweet carrots were fine. I had been so excited about trying a new restaurant and was disappointed."
"This was my first time at this restaurant. The waitress that served us was not very friendly and did act as though she appreciated waiting on us. She asked the patrons if she could get them anything else with a smile. I had to had her for more water while she was serving the family at the table behind us. I didn't receive my water with a smile. The waitress acted as big it was a problem that my friend and I continued to chat even after we had finished eating. She abruptly came over and took our plates. If the restaurant was full I could she it being a problem with us contined chatting at the table. Also, they need to periodically check the bathrooms. Trash was overflowing on the floor in the bathroom. The food was delicious and very satisfying. It was so much food I couldn't eat it all. Even though the food was very good. I would not be patronizing this restaurant again. I did not feel very welcome."
"This used be a decent restaurant when owner was there on weekend. They have a couple of more stores at other locations so I am guessing the owner is somewhere else or busy with other things. Lately, the service and attitude of cashier and server are deteriorating rapidly. I was there picking up my lunch today, and when I walked in, a little freak behind the counter never greeted me, but keyed in the price just repeating my order then blurt out the total. When my order was ready, I asked for the 3 hot sauce for 3 orders then he said "three dollars". I guess they started to charge for the sauce now. I typically leave a 10% for the to go order, but they will not be getting any from now on if I ever go there."
"Food is great. They will not accommodate minor things like putting the carrots that come with the meal in a separate box (picky kids!) I should note, I offered to pay for an additional box but was still told no. In their defense, they told me that they use compartmental boxes. However, taking 15 minute car/truck travel into consideration the sweet carrot juice always spills into the rice and other food, which is why I asked for a separate container. Honestly not that big of a deal but with so many other small businesses willing to be accommodating, we will probably move on to a new restaurant."

Ask for our drinks and took. Our order. Bring the food nice hot and fresh. The salad was fresh I love fresh salad. The hibachi was good just the stake was to thick I wasn’t able to eat it.
