"Do yourself a favor and book with another travel agency. We started working with Alpha World Travel to book our honeymoon - we were working with an employee who left the company so our trip was transferred to Lynn. We did not receive any communication from her so we reached out about 4 months before our trip to ensure our accommodations were booked and to get some recommendations on excursions. Lynn was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I emailed her several times, called her work and cell phone, left voicemails, and even tried to visit her physical office (which doesn't exist). It wasn't until our payment was due that she finally reached out. She never apologized for her lack of communication and told me "it might have been the right timing for you to reach out but it wasn't the right time for me" and was just dismissive of my concerns. This was extremely upsetting for us to hear because we were in the final months of planning our wedding and now had to find another travel agent to work with us to plan the rest of our trip. Luckily, we were still able to have a wonderful trip but no thanks to Lynn. I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed by a small business."

"I'm a couple of years late in writing this, but we LOVE Lynn and her team! We planned a 10-year anniversary trip to Sandals in St. Lucia...and wanted to travel in April of 2021 (mid-pandemic). Lynn displayed the patience of a saint while I asked zillions of questions and her team was amazing in helping tweak the arrangements as things changed for us along the way. Everyone was quick to respond and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend working with Alpha World Travel and I plan to do so again in the future!"

Lynn was so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and was able to give us a thorough overview of what we could expect from a number of resort options, as well as recommended day trips and excursions. We used Holly for our Sandals wedding and honeymoon. Holly not only managed our travel but all 30 members of our group as well. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about her professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks to Holly's knowledge of the resorts and Sandals accolades, we had an above and beyond wedding and honeymoon experience at Sandals. Holly also took the reins and planned a good bit of our wedding as I expressed how little interest I had in planning my own wedding, she was happy to jump in and take over. I was beyond thrilled, and I honestly could not have asked for a better travel agent. We had booked our anniversary stay at another Sandals resort while we were at the first Sandals for our wedding, doing this combined with anniversary credits, and birthday credit etc got us a great deal. We informed Holly as soon as we got back and she took over the reservation. We unfortunately ended up having to cancel this stay due to the pandemic, but thanks to Holly's communication I feel like we dodged a bullet by cancelling when we did. Yes, they have a cancellation fee and SURPRISE it's in the contract your sign, so why people are complaining about this is beyond me, maybe read what you sign first...IDK? We had no problem paying the fee for the cancellation because Holly had already done so much work on our trip, they have to account for their time spent some how."
