"This has been the most horrific experience with our pool install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We previously left rave reviews for our hot tub we had purchased and the pool install started out well but here we are6 months later and can not get things settled with them. To say “poor communication “ is an understatement! We have tried working with all locations! The subcontractors are not being paid which seems to be the biggest issue with getting anything done. We have tried and now we will be going to BBB, Alaglas to make sure they are removed from being an installer and further steps will be taken as needed. We also recommended them to a friend and they are in the middle of their build as well and not getting calls back either."

"I bought hot tub from them, unaware that the Hot Tub came from Canada have no parts here. Sold me the Hot Tub with no filter took me two months to find it. Told me that they will refund the money for the filters never did These are very responsible people to avoid hassle go somewhere else"

"I give them zero stars this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you need a warranty call from them good luck because Brandon the store manager in Concord will not contact you back. We have been calling for a month now begging someone to fix our hot tub that is a little over year old and still under warranty. I did not buy this thing to be decoration on the deck prime hot tub season and no one will help you fix the problem contacted the Raleigh store they wont help you either they just keep telling you the tech will contact you still no contact from a tech or the store on status of the repair. Looks like I will be contacting the attorney and the BBB, before you buy from this company do your research, I would have never bought from them from the BBB complaints on this company and their lack of customer service and this seems to be a recurring problem with them. They will not help you no matter how much you beg, bless out or are very nice. I hope who ever owns this company sees this review because your management could care less to contact your customer. Most customer are paying good money for a guarantee that if there is a problem, they will be here to fix the issue they won't they don't care they just want your money than they are done with you. I will never buy from here again. I will be buying from a company that cares."

"Purchased and had an above ground pool installed in September 2022. Closed it for the season a few weeks after install. The summer of 2023 is the first year we have used it. After closing it this year I noticed the water level is dropping faster than it should be. Called to see if they could help. Their advice was to look around and see if I can see a hole. I told them I couldn’t so they said well if all the water drains out you’ll know it’s a hole in the floor. I asked if they could come out and look and they said that it’s hard to find leaks and that they don’t provide any service like that. I asked about any leak tests like the dye tests I read about online. He acted like he had never heard of such a thing and told me “We just sell it. We don’t service or provide any other help once it’s installed.” I asked if it was common for a hole to happen in the liner the first year with only 2 adults using it. He said no, but they only have a warranty on the seams so it is what it is. Just shocked that the liner would already have a hole in just 3 months of very light use by 2 adults. Every time I’ve ever called to ask for help or advice I get attitude like I’m bothering them or I get the advice I got today which was “if there’s no more water in the pool, you’ll know you have a leak.” Thanks Captain Obvious! Highly regret purchasing from them. The sales people are great at getting your money but they aren’t looking for long term customers. You can tell it’s on to the next one for them. I was also fooled by the reviews. Once we purchased we were told they’d give us free chemicals for writing a review. Any company that has to “buy” reviews desperately needs them. Purchase from them at your own risk."

"Horrible company! Salesmen start off great because they want your money. Then it’s all down hill from there. They do not know what’s going on. They say they handle everything when they do not. Going on two months and our pool is still not working. They built the pool without the permit. The electrician was never scheduled. Now taking weeks for the electrician to finish his job not because it’s a hard job but because there is no communication between backyard leisure, electrician, and ourselves. I would not recommend them at all."
