"The poor manager was short handed for months. The pool robot took 5 months to get a warrantee repair. Corporate needs to provide more support to these Stores."

"Several minutes to answer the phone, unfriendly and not helpful when they did answer. Told them on the phone that I would be over in a few minutes and they neglected to mention that, despite it being in the middle of normal business hours they wanted to lock up and head home for the day. 12 o’clock on a Tuesday, nobody’s in the store yet they answer the phones. Doors are locked. Lights are off. Just go somewhere else."

"Was hung up on and rudely spoken to by Nick who told my husband he is the manager. Our pool was clear until he suggested we put alkalinity up in it and a few hours later it was green and the alkalinity is off the charts. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. I would give it no stars if I could"

"I have been going to this location for 8 years and loved them. The new staff and the manager have no customer service. They didn't bother to help my husband, and sent him away without a product he needed for our pool. They were short with me on the phone when I asked for information regarding getting my pool up and running. I called to let them know about my husband getting poor service and when I showed up to pick up the stuff the manager didn't bother to get off her cell to come talk with me. Literally do not want to be of service or keep my service."

"Ordered our 24’x52” pool kit from Christian a couple weeks ago. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. First time installing a pool. Was a fairly easy project. Thank you."
