"We told them what we were looking for and they nailed it. Pool is phenomenal. We feel like we are at a resort everyday!!! The work everyone did was great. Everyone was polite and friendly, helpful. Jason and Mike are super nice and follow through with each step or question, right through getting everything cleaned up. After the patio was put in we wanted to add more for an extension, no problem. Fernando who did the stone work for the grotto n slide, amazing!!! "The end to end process with Edgewater exceeded my expectations considering how stressful it seemed watching neighbors use other pool builders. This was not at all the case with EWP. Every single person we dealt with was incredible and took a lot of pride in their job… from Mike Stone in sales to Rick the construction manager to Amy the office manager to Jaffar and all of the pool builders and tilers. Everyone was low pressure, easy to communicate with, and very informative and consultative. I truly felt they wanted the best for us and that started at design…. Other pool companies wanted to push their design on us but Mike was great in making the best design for what we wanted and it came out perfect. And I can’t say enough about the workers out here everyday, you could tell they took pride in their work and were very respectful of our yard and driveway. There was even a guy here with his young son on Dec 24th (all day till late) making sure the tile in our spa was meticulous and you could see it was his pride and passion rather than a rush job. At the end of the day we signed in Aug, they started after Thanksgiving, and were done early January. We had perfect weather but they basically finished in 6 weeks which was unreal. Definitely fortunate on timing but we got a very honest, low pressure underpromise-overdeliver vibe from the onset, which is why we went with EWP. To the point where they didn’t even put a sign in the yard - they show up in the same professional EWP trucks everyday (unlike other companies where you have 10 random personal cars show up) and let their work speak for itself. I can’t believe we have a pool now and couldn’t be happier that we chose EWP!"

"I would absolutely recommend Edgewater Pools. We moved to the Charlotte area in July 2018 from upstate NY. We knew we needed a pool that first summer. We started in Dec 2018/Jan 2019, and met with Mike Stone and the team. Once we decided on Edgewater, low and behold, we find our electrical supply line right where the pool is going. We get Duke to move the line, but that was an unforeseen delay not caused by Edgewater. Mike was excellent in the design and options, and helping us pick out tile, depth, shape, stone, and Pebble-tech, etc. The crew (Greg, Rick, Kerry, Jamie, Josh, Herbie, & Jesse) were always pleasant, answered questions, and knew what they were doing. We knew via email from Amy (also great to work with) what was happening each week and what to expect over the next 4-5 months. We felt important as customers, appreciated and able to communicate with Management. Greg as the lead was excellent, made some excellent suggestions, and we had a great finished product. The only negative (minor) was that the job site could have been kept cleaner from cups, trash, etc. The good part is once we mentioned it, it was fixed very quickly. Would use them again if we ever needed another pool. Good job guys and keep up the great work. Dogs love it too!!! (see pictures)."
