"I would give less than 1 star if I could. Buyer beware. We spent over $16k on a spa and then hundreds of dollars for maintenance. The spa hasn't been usable most of the time since the installation earlier this year. The maintenance people either didn't come for weeks past the time they were supposed to or didn't maintain it properly because the water in the spa has been cloudy and green even within a couple of days of "service". I have repeatedly emailed and called for help with few responses and no follow up. I asked for the spa manual and none has been provided. They were supposed to provide information on how to self maintain and they never did. I don't know how these people stay in business with such poor customer service. The owner just told me they aren't maintaining the spa and won't do anymore to address the issues because I posted a truthful but negative review on Yelp describing their failures. More terrible customer service, or better put a complete lack of customer service."

"My husband and I purchased a spa from Mountain Springs Spas in the spring of this year. Our experience with Sandra in sales was great. Our dissatisfaction is with the owner and service. We were told when our spa was installed that they would provide service. We called multiple times to get service and was denied each time. We asked for a call from the owner. He never reached out to us. I would not recommend purchasing a spa from Mountain Springs Spas because service is extremely important and we needed help with servicing and cleaning etc. Our spa was purchased for a vacation home so service is definitely needed when we are away."

"Keith was very helpful in helping me problem solve my issue with my hot tub jets. He was unselfish in helping me even though I was not a customer of his. "We have had our spa for about three months and we love it. The spa itself is great.....we use it every day....sometimes several times a day....but more importantly, the service is great. every time I have a question of need my water tested, we are given the first class treatment. it took us a while to get the hang of the chemicals but they walked us through every step.....and now our spa is crystal clear. we have had bad experiences at other dealers but are 100% happy and satisfied with our purchase from Mountain Springs......"
