"9 hole course, that greens are small, fairways are like mowed "pastures " Kinda shaby, but good for beginners and kids to learn on, before advancing and to a NICER real 18 hole golf golf course!!"
"So, I have to be honest here. Brunette behind the counter yesterday has a MAJOR attitude. I made a suggestion about fans on the practice range and got even more attitude (basically calling me an idiot for being there hottest part of the day). Course manager seems really cool. Looks like a decent track for a 9 hole. Putting green has weed clusters all over so you can't even practice a 10 foot putt. I'd lay some artificial turf on that until time to start over. Great experience except rude rude rude lady working the counter and no puttable practice surface."
"Nothing fancy but good value for the money. It is a tight course with small greens. You’ll hear traffic noise for sure. We didn’t need a tee time, and got through 9 holes fairly quickly. Nice little spot."
"I play there today to get some rust off my game it cost a little more to play 9 with cart, but its worth it. The greens are looking better, and I see were the money is being used and this is why its getting 4 stars, they are rebuilding everything new tee boxes replacing some grass , and the fairways are starting to look less weedy. All on all it worth putting up with the temporary tee areas. Its starting to look like a golf course, a good place to have fun."
"I really enjoyed my last couple of trips to Franklin Golf Course. Current management has done a remarkable job of improving the course over the last couple of years. The greens are in the best shape I've seen in a long time and general maintenance of the course has vastly improved. A good value for your money."
