"Michael was very patient and knowledgeable when I was wavering between two different mattresses for what was at least an hour; I never felt rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. All of my questions were answered and I never at any time felt pressured. Cecilia was also helpful both when I came to try out the different mattresses and when I came back to purchase. "We walked by this store and it smelled amazing which is why we decided to go in. Full transparency - we had no intent to buy a mattress today, although we had been discussing the need for a new one for a while. Plot twist: we ended up leaving with the purchase of a new mattress and frame. I’ll tell you why: I’ve spent years in sales, and these are the only people I buy from. Not pushy. Knowledgeable about the product. Believes in what they’re selling. I laid on a bed and was instantly showed all of the features that could be beneficial for me. Of course, I was then shown the next step up and laid on the pro smart base. Amy played some thunderstorm sounds and the bed vibrated to the sound patterns and wow. She then brought over Cecilia who has the bed we were laying on. Both ladies were very patient and personable. They answered all of our questions and put up with our big family extremely well. We were given multiple options from them and tempurpedic went from not being a consideration for a new mattress to our final choice. Thank you Amy and Cecilia!
