"We walked by this store and it smelled amazing which is why we decided to go in. Full transparency - we had no intent to buy a mattress today, although we had been discussing the need for a new one for a while. Plot twist: we ended up leaving with the purchase of a new mattress and frame. I’ll tell you why: I’ve spent years in sales, and these are the only people I buy from. Not pushy. She then brought over Cecilia who has the bed we were laying on. Both ladies were very patient and personable. They answered all of our questions and put up with our big family extremely well. We were given multiple options from them and tempurpedic went from not being a consideration for a new mattress to our final choice. Thank you Amy and Cecilia!
