"Walked in with the standard "not looking to buy today but just looking" as I was going to wait until Labor Day for typical mattress store sales. Phil was like "okay let's see what we can do? I can get you those sales prices and discounts now" so we proceeded to work through all the mattresses. I knew what I wanted and Phil found it and it was amazing! As I was looking for a second mattress for a guest room, instead of the top line mattress (because if it's too comfy people won't leave!) he suggested the next step down. Also super comfortable but better price. I set up my delivery for a month out and while I know they don't work with the delivery company, I had a few follow up questions due to the power based I purchased and I refused delivery the first time. Went back into the store and showed pictures of the bed frame and spoke with Ricky and explained what had happened. He set up an updated delivery for the power base for the following week just like that! I may not need to purchase a mattress anytime soon but 100% recommend these gentlemen! They were super professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. And when I do need to find a new mattress will definitely go back to them."
