"I spent 17 minutes walking around their furniture department as I am trying to find a replacement couch and loveseat. The gentleman who was behind the register in the furniture area never once said a word and just continue to stand there and stare at his screen. I have a decent selection for the price and the promotion they were offering was solid with the additional 20% off but I left. Pretty bad to be working in that area and not even come acknowledge a customer"

"If zero was an option, this would be zero. It took 3 people a very long time to ring a soda. Cashier had trouble with math. It was a terrible waste of time. They also expressed this had been an issue last year, yet we waited a ridiculous amount of time for what should have been an easy fix to a known problem. Don't waste your time."

"This store has gone down hill in the past month. Apparently there has been some management changes that are NOT for the better. I am a frequent customer here and after the last few visits I may rethink where I shop. There are some new employees that are not helpful at all and are extremely disrespectful to customers as well as their employees. as an example, I stood in the check out line for over 20 minutes. Not because there was a line but because the "manager" refused to check me out and told me I needed to wait for someone else. How can you manager a store and not know how to do ALL aspects of the store. A manager is supposed to be HANDS ON in retail."

"I'm done. I have quit going to big lots as the prices seem to have increased from what they were in years past for a discount type store. It's not a place for savings that it once was. Today I visited for the sole purpose of using a 20% coupon. Picked up what I wanted along with a few extra items since I had the coupon only to find I can't use it cashier states that the coupon had already been used. Not possible. It is the only one I had and it has been on my refrigerator for months. It expires tomorrow which is why I am here today. Don't send me any more coupons that will not be honored and I will not bother to try and use them. Should be easy since I won't be visiting anyway."

"Absolutely great! Haven't been to the Matthew's location since apparently new management came in. They have performed miracles. The prior store was dirty, disorganized, products on the floor and just mixed on the shelves. What a pleasant surprise. The store appears immaculate, organized and well stocked. Friendly sales associates. Recomend."
