"We purchased a sofa, loveseat, wdge and recliner January 2023. The sofa is already worn out even though there is only my husband and myself in the house. I last called for service on the sofa and they added stuffing but he didn't replace the seat even though it was sent to me. He said it didn't need it and now it really looks worn. I've had nothing but disappointment with this set. I am a life long customer who had recommended my son and brother in law to them and now I'm sorry they got the businesses because being told it's normal wear and tear just means it's poor quality. Buyer be ware...the products made in Vietnam are not worth buying and this customer received no satisfaction from shopping Ashley."
