"Horrible service on Rhonda’s part, I brought in two bags full of plenty of good gently used and some things even with the tags on, she was rude on the phone and in person. Made us wait over an hour and half when she said she would text us when it’s done and finally walked into the store to see what was going on saw our bags sitting there and they walked past us several times still no text so finally I asked what is going on and not a single thing did they want, lots of banana republic casual pants like they said was one of the needs and tons of name brand leggings that were practically new, also some nice tees, dresses and even Levi, banana republic and Eddie bower jeans. Horrible service and I looked through the store and it all looks old, a bunch of things were not “gently used”."

"Would give it 0 stars if I could. Brought in designer clothing most less than a year old some with tags on. Was told 30-1 hour wait time, so I left to come back and get my items later. Within 5 minutes of driving away they had text my buy was ready. Came back and they purchased nothing due to only purchasing vest and sweaters today. Failed to inform me they were only purchasing vest and sweaters from the beginning. Staff was rude and placed blame on me for not asking what they are purchasing. Will not return."

"Ashley is always amazing when she does the lives. Gives great info, if the item has stretch or not is important for me when buying Lilly. Will point out any flaws in bags if any exist. I usually watch the entire live when Ashley is on! She has great personality! I do want to mention that I purchased a top for 20.00 but the store tag said 11.99 a Marshal type store tag. The original tag was 25.00 but Marshal price was 11.99. When I messaged the store, Heather responded . I needed to send pics, which I did so they refunded me 8.01 so I paid they Marshals price! I questioned this and got a sarcastic reply. Needless to say I wasn’t happy, it really wasn’t about the couple bucks but the point of buying second hand is for discount prices! So I paid 13.00 shipping paid store price. Also shipping has been like 3 weeks out. I feel if they are that short staffed then maybe slow down the lives and ship for couple hours instead of selling us more stuff that we won’t see for 2-3 weeks!! Ashley is not the one who sold me the top, it was Miss Sandy."

"I had made a previous review about style encore. after going back to the store after the incident Niki and another employee (I did not catch her name) had a good conversation with me, listened and were extremely helpful. Although the situation was frustrating I understand that there are some days that are harder than others. I am very glad I went back and very thankful for Niki and the other employee who were extremely caring and nice!"
