John called us and sent pictures of beautiful views….advised us to buy….He then spent time telling us why the town we picked was perfect for the quiet lifestyle we were seeking, discussed other towns and areas we should avoid. His knowledge of the Smokey Mountain real estate market is extensive. We bought the perfect lot, site unseen because of his advice!"
