"Black mold ✔️ Roaches ✔️ Bedbugs ✔️ Termites✔️ Monthly pest control ❌ Maintenance ❌ Safe community ❌ Unless you want to deal with black mold, roaches, bed bugs, termites and sketchy people in the parking lot 24/7, I would suggest ANYWHERE else. The landlord is a slum lord AT BEST, the lady in the office is rude and thinks she's better than any of the tenants. They don't fix anything, and they raise the rent EVERY SIX MONTHS and refuse to sign a new lease. They owner and management are also racist. STAY AWAY."

"I have lived here for awhile and the landlord has always been very nice to me. The lady in the office Marcella has always been very pleasant towards me when I’ve needed to speak to her. It’s quiet here and has definitely been cleaned up and renovated nicely. Never had any problems here . Pleasant place for my family. :)"

"If you enjoy living with roaches, bed bugs & mold, this is the place for you! Slumlord doesn't fix anything. Apartments are filled with roaches, bed bugs, drug addicts, and filth. Over charge you on rent for such a nasty place. My advice, don't move here."
