"Been living here for 4 years? I love it, I live in one of the older units but never had issues. The apartment manager Lisa is sweet and understanding and we have the best maintenance man you could ask for. Never have much of a problem with neighbors. The majority of people have lived here for years but we have a few units that seem to rotate people a few times a year. Laundry rooms are kept nice and clean. The hallways could use a good power washing to get stains and dirt up but other than that I feel like they are safe and kid friendly. Only downside is they don’t allow pets. I really wish they would rethink that policy. Most of us would be fine paying a pet deposit or pet rent to keep a fury friend."

"Very nice for the money. Great management...seems to really care about tenants. Have never had problems with bugs and management is quick to respond to issues. Dryers seem to not dry as well as should."

"I've lived here for 6 years on a bottom apartment. Lovley place, pretty outdoors. There's a run down playground on the grounds, so it is kid friendly. The apartments themselves are good, quite old, so they're a tad run down. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear every little thing above you, not to mention how much the hallways echo. There are washers and driers, about $3.00 per load, so you'll want a hefty supply of quarters. Overall, quite lovley, though it all depends on personal preference."

"Quiet place to live. If you're needing a short lease it's great. They only put you in a 6mo lease instead of a yr. Office staff is great & maintenance is wonderful. Gets to your problem within hrs. Apartments are spacious & well kept. They come monthly to change your air filter & spray your kitchen for pest control. Really enjoy living in this apartment complex."
