"I've been here almost four years now and never had any problems ,never had any violations. until the current manager came in, violations that were suppose to be cleared and are now being used against me and they refuse to renew my lease . I love living here and if I get kicked out my family has no where else to go constantly living in fear and there is racial discrimination here. I'm in a complete nightmare right now . I'm in fear of other neighbors also that are in the same situation because retaliation does happen."

"Property manager is very rude and unable to speak to her for any reason! She will throw you out of the office if she feels the need. Makes constant threats to tenants and constantly makes accusations at residence without even speaking to the person that it was said about. Definitely has a problem with certain races and it's very disheartening to know you constantly have to worry about being threatened. If I could find a place in the same school district I would be away from this place so fast!"

"Trash everywhere, mold on sides of buildings and no maintenance person to even fix anything while rent keeps being increased, no management most of the time then when management is here they stay in the office & don’t answer the telephone, no designated spots for visitors so visitors park everywhere, tentants leaving multiple undriveable cars and flat tires in parking spots while others obey lease. No parking for tenants due to visitors parking EVERYWHERE and ANYWHERE. Kids running around unattended while scratching vehicles and leaving trash everywhere and toys. Lease states two cars and multiple people have numerous cars on top of visitors so it leaves no parking for tenants, then other tenants have flat tires on non drive able vehicles and haven’t been moved in months! Flat tires with two and more vehicles"

"This place is a joke. Barely open and already bad service. The staff can't do simple math. Say I'm overqualified, then admit there could be a mistake, and when my wife does the math herself and finds that we are well within range, they say to bring in all my paystubs. I do, they say we are well within range just have to hear back from the big wigs, 4 days later they say that since I have the potential to work 10 hrs of OT every week (even though I've only worked 8 hrs OT in 3 months), I'm still over. And they will NEVER call you back. You have to call and call and usually have to stop in go get any updates. Thanks for screwing my family over and getting their hopes up."
