"The owner was abrasive and short. She asked if I was in their system. I said, “No, with young kids I don’t come places like this often.” She said, “you don’t have to apologize” in a nasty tone. Then when she asked if I’d like to be in their system, I said, “that’s fine”, she said, “is that a yes or no?” Obviously I’m not assertive enough for her and she’s too much for me. I spent $80+ and have no plans to again."
