"Great location as you come into town from the south. Friendly store. Clean and well stocked."
"Rhe nicest looking store of any type I have ever seen. Had everything you could need in a hardware store and more!"
"I rated this 4 stars not because they sell great tools. That's not their claim to fame. They sell inexpensive tools and alot of odds and ends. For people who need a Power tool for home use that will only be used occasionally this is the store for you. They are good at filling a niche and as long as you realize that it's all good. You won't find Dewalt or makita here. You will find their house brands all made in China. They usually offer 3-4 brands that represent good, better, best. Be careful when you get to the better and best they can be comparably or even higher priced than name brand tools. The quality is comparable between the internal brands but the profit margin on the better and best is much higher without much difference in quality. If you're looking for a tool or compressor or any of a number of different item and you can't afford name brands HF will enable you to buy an an admittedly lower quality item for a much lower price. Ii may be the difference between being able to own that tool and not. Another thing I have noticed is they will have hardware items that look like name brand items but are thinner, smaller, and lower quality than you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. All in all it's a fun place to kill some time and see some unusual items. One other thing I have noticed is that anything made of steel will rust far quicker than any name brand tools so keep everything oiled and dry. Even the humidity in a garage will render them unusable without undergoing a restoration first. Materials are inferior, therefore, heat treating and hardening is less effective. Pliar Jaws are soft and pivot points are sloppy. Similar to what you would expect if you were buying tools at Walgreens. I know this sounds negative but as long as you know what you're getting into and have realistic expectations it can be a fun Saturday afternoon destination when you've got some time to kill."
"Cashier on December 13th around 12:30 was fantastic! Very knowledgeable. I asked for items/ he knew exactly what isle, which side, how far down they were. We chatted @ check out. Very enjoyable visit. Clean, fully stocked store. Has on line coupons. I'll be back. :-)"
"They have decent quality tools and accessory items. The savings compared to your major brands allows you to find some great values with all things considered. Haven't purchased any of the power tools so I can't speak to the quality or longevity but the warranty offered adds even more value."
