"This Aaron's in Aberdeen is Great the customer service is great the products are great I think things are a but expensive ...but if you rent to own... it is the easier way to get things and you get it quickly with Aarons...I am thankful for them..."

"Staff is great for the most part; up until this point was happy with my experience. Sent my fridge back to be repaired and was told that if it was going to take forever to fix it that a new fridge would be given to me so I'm not inconvenienced, instead I'm given a loaner fridge that had a broken water intake underneath it a busted drawer and was given to me filthy. Was left with the fridge for nearly 8 weeks before getting my fridge back. When I got my fridge back it was returned to me filthy and nothing was fixed on it. When I call to ask about it the person I spoke to had an attitude with me from the start and wanted to call me a liar and tell me that the fridge was returned the way it was sent to them. The customer service personnel are great but one of the maintenance guys is a liar and rude when proven wrong. The store is pretty good but if anything is needed to be fixed it seems there's a chance it won't be fixed."
