I had to get a print job done and I didn't know what to expect or even how to submit what I needed printed. But with this top tier thoroughness I will be back here if I ever need anything printed again."

"Poor customer service from DJ consistently unfriendly and unprofessional during interactions . Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I ship from this location probably 5x a week with pre printed ups labels and he’s their only employee who has terrible customer service. Everybody else is extremely friendly have had multiple poor interactions with DJ. Will not return to this location even though it’s right next to my house."

"Heads up for Hispanic customers. Manager seems biased or just a rude person or having a really bad day. Tried to get something notarized for work which we’ve done at this exact same location over a dozen times and used the location for years. He couldn’t have made the process anymore difficult. My father’s second language is English. He talked to him like he’s stupid and made fun of his signature. Won’t be coming back. Unfortunate because we typically have a great experience with the other employees."

"Every time I go there I am greeted warmly, and they always help me with whatever it is that I need to do. They don’t seem to mind helping me which I really appreciate. They’re always patient while I look on my phone for information about my prime orders. they don’t treat me like I’m a pain in the rear end. All of the employees are wonderful but especially the tall black guy. I wish I knew his name."
