"My husband and I had a great trip to Asheville. I wanted to bring a quilt back for my parents and for myself. Unfortunately when we walked into Black Mountain Quilts no one provided any type of assistance. To be fair when we walked in the woman was speaking to someone. I figured she would greet us once she was done but nothing. We walked right by the store clerk and she just looked and stared at us. So my husband said since you won’t speak I guess I will. She just laughed. So at that point I was ready to go. I found 1 quilt I liked but I hate to give money to an establishment that didn’t even want to provide any service."
