"Allison, the pharmacist, created an unnecessary problem when I asked to transfer a prescription for my dog and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. I called back to rectify the problem and she said I was bordering upon harassment by calling back. I had to call the vet to call in a new prescription who did not call in the new prescription that same day and my dog went without her seizures medicine. I got a very evil vibe from her and she should not be dealing with the public or pharmaceuticals."

"Allison the pharmacy manager was very unpleasant when I went to Black Mountain CVS for a flu vaccine. She acted as if a major bother , very unprofessional. I give her a Zero rating."

"Extremely unprofessional and incompetent folks in the pharmacy. Misfiled insurance, improper paperwork, and above all, very rude and defensive workers. I was personally yelled at and when my doctor called, he was hung up on. I’ve been a CVS patron for decades, however this store alone has made me switch. It’s unfortunate these people can work and behave as they do."

"Absolutely outstanding staff and pharmacist, Allison. Fully and completely answers questions and will go above and beyond to accommodate. Apparently the folks who left bad reviews have no idea what goes on in healthcare, especially to those writing prescriptions and filling prescriptions."

"Has just about everything you need and more for house hood goods. Friendly and clean atmosphere, everything well organized, and pricing is reasonable. Definitely will return for future visits"
