"Horrible returns (due to defect!) policy! Totally useless customer service that will just repeat their corporate policies but don’t actually make anything right. I bought this rug from them, online, and it’s totally wonky, crooked and they can’t send me a replacement because all of these rugs are wonky! (WAY TO GO VENDORS!) And they will only refund me if *I* pay to send it back! They should pay the return shipping if they can’t give me a suitable replacement! But they won’t. So my advice is BUY FROM MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES! NOT THIS ONE!"

"I had a perfect shopping experience here! I have been searching for a large area rug for our new for home for six months with no success. The staff here was exceptional and even though the explained they were short staffed, (who isn’t!) they were extremely helpful and took the time I needed to help me. Emily the general manager is super talented in coordinating colors and styles and is very knowledgeable about their product! Also she is a delight to work with. I left with 4 rugs for various areas of my home. Their policy is you have 7 days to try it out and bring it back if it doesn’t work. Not to mention their prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely be recommending this store to my friends!"

"They have beautiful rugs at a variety of prices. Seriously, I think we bought one rug for $3,000 and another one for $200. They don’t pressure you to buy anything. The one but… is that checkout is soooo painful and laborious. It can easily take 30-45 mins to check out. Their computer system seems to frustrate them. Whatever it is, it’s not user-friendly or easy. I have been the only one checking out and it took about 15 minutes to simply accept payment. Again, everyone is so nice. Great rugs. But at the end of the day, money is exchanging hands for a product… and that aspect is terrible."
