"The employees are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is also very convenient to me and has ample parking. I prefer shipping with UPS over other carriers because UPS delivers to my doorstep, not to my mailbox."

"Just an update a year later. UPS continues with its 5 stars after dozens of visits every year. There are new faces behind the counter, but all are helpful and pleasant. Really enjoy having the self serve center for the quick drop off of posted items and Amazon returns. Keep up the good work! Last year: Wish we could give 6 stars!! The people who work here are truly a great bunch....kind, patient, concerned, and helpful. I've seen customers come with an armful of items that need to be packaged and shipped, and the staff works with them to a successful completion. There are several services they provide, and we have made use of the notaries, who again, are very helpful and patient. Weaverville is very fortunate to have a UPS store with so many services available. We have used the UPS Store at least 30 times in the last 6 months, and never had one negative interaction with any of the staff, so I think the few negative comments are a reflection on the reviewers, rather than the staff. So keep up the good work...we will keep coming back!!"

"There is a notary here by the name of Michelle and she notarized our truck title wrong making it null and void. I called up to the store and she’s on vacation and the management didn’t even offer an apology. Pitiful"

"Lousy customer service, Lots from local auctions sit for weeks before they move. Call them up and they act like they are doing you a favor to ship your items. Look at their reviews from the past year before you deal with them."

"I really hate to leave a bad review, but there is no fixing this mistake. Dec 5th I asked my bf to send two Christmas books as gifts to arrive before Christmas. He said he never got a tracking number and a woman slabbed two stamps on the packages and sent them like envelopes. Without a tracking number, these gifts were completely lost and handled with such negligence. One package was held ransom at a post office until my recipient paid postage to receive it. The other book returned back to me on Christmas Day. The workers I complained to were nice and I didn’t argue. I feel like free overnight shipping was warranted, especially since my package was damaged and took about a whole month to ship all because someone didn’t know how to do their job. I just trusted UPS knew how to properly send a package. Even I know you don’t put stamps on a package. I don’t think I can trust coming back here which is an absolute shame."
