"I was at this place at 5 and I watched as Jerrica ingle sat in the office while her staff threw food and I fell out it’s boxes and If I hadn’t have said something they would have serve it, they also ignored they front counter people, and someone doing door dash for at least ten minutes, the man who threw the food name is Caleb corporation needs to come in and get some new employees also watch the girl on front counter chole and the lady at the front her food very rudely , and so many health code violations in this picture like the little Cesar pizza in the background health code violation no use of gloves, and you can see nothing wipe off after writing this review I’ll will contact the health department Arby’s need to shut down or they need new managers and crew members"

"I ordered the beautiful new burger that looked so amazing. But, when I got it, it wasn't what I expected. It just wasn't very good to me. It was dry and not juicy at all. Maybe it was how it was put together. (?) I know it's fast food, but as a customer, I'll wait a few extra minutes so my condiments can be spread across my bread and not just jammed up in the middle. (The staff here are all very nice and polite and eager to help.) Good workers, just take a few more seconds to fix something like you would fix for yourself at home. These sandwiches are kinda pricey....so they have to be good."

"Drive thru was not busy, I was thru it quick was impressed took less than I guess 6 min. I got the Supreme? With lettuce, tomato & red ranch sauce,that's all I got,it was freshly made and real good. The person at the window was nice too."

"Ordered their Wagu steakhouse burger... its raw inside - wth..? When I took it back , the store manager said, I should have known and basically " tough ". I don 't eat pink , uncooked burgers. There is no warning posted . They refused to give me the crinkle fries ordered , instead giving me the crinkle fries., like I ordered. I will not ever order or eat at the Weaverville Arby's again. Very Rude."

"We frequently visit the Weaverville Arby’s, and typically have had a great experience. Lately it has been terrible. Food takes forever to come out, yet when it does it’s cold. Language being used by the staff is quite ridiculous. Tonight was no different. Slow in the drive thru with only one other car in line, and a pitiful spoonful of Mac and cheese (the only food we ordered) was served. I wish I had looked before we got home, because I would absolutely have taken it back for a refund. Insane to charge so much if they’re not going to measure portions correctly."
