"Received an amazing lunch out of their food truck! My 13yo son and I are in Asheville for outdoor adventures and culinary delights. Well-Bred Bakery did not disappoint. We split a Caprese Ciabatta sandwich which was dreamy. Toasted with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes and pesto with the perfect amount of garlic! When it comes to food, I’m all about texture, and the pesto on the bread results in a crisp crust, doughy goodness and perfect melty middle, it was the best! We had the sesame noodles as our side, and again, the cold salad was so refreshing. Perfect amount of ginger and peanut sauce with slight crunch of the sesame seeds. Delicious! Finished it with a petite eclair that was amazing! Loved it!"

"(Update) one of the few places I will order from post corona. They wear gloves and masks and have taken things seriously /end Wonderful local cafe with fresh deserts and tasty coffee. Beautiful interior with high detailed ceiling and large windows. A nice place to sit and enjoy an afternoon (on the rare day when it isn’t busy). There is a nice selection of soups sandwiches and sides. My favorite is the curry chicken sandwich and sesame noodle salad. The service is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are premade so sometimes the bread gets soggy."
