"He will not answer my email. I will delete this if he does. I sent 2 shirts in a cardboard box that had been sent to me about same distance with 1 shirt in it. It cost $0.50 to send to me. At BMC it cost $40 because he said it weighed 12 pounds.Come on. 12 pounds for 2 shirts. I don’t think so. It was my wife that went there."

"I wish there were more than 5 stars. This office kindly helped me send an urgent overnight package right before New Years, overnight, which takes 4 days because of the holiday. The gentleman that helped me was so nice despite my stress, and I mean I made it with minutes to spare. Low and behold. FedEx misdelivered the package and it was URGENT. They said "give us 24-48 hours and we will send it back to you " -- I lost it. I called the Boone office for help and advice as this was not just a run of the mill shipment, it is tied to a critical moment of my life! Stuart took my call and despite it being day after a major holiday, lots of customers, he helped escalate my request and did so with kindness, but it worked and the driver had gone back, found the package, and hand delivered it to the recipient with minutes to spare. Stuart did not have to do this, once it is gone it is really not their responsibility. But he helped and because of that I can move forward with a critical life step, not have to cancel all travel reservations AGAIN, and move forward tomorrow with this change. THANK YOU STUART. Side note, I demanded a refund from FedEx and they said "talk to your shipper" as if Boone had anything to do with this!!! You can count on a small business to take care of you. THANK YOU BOONE MAILING CENTER"
