"Highly recommend this local business, they are reliable and print quality products. however, it is wild that y’all are named “go postal” and have a sign inside saying “go postal Boone”. Given the history of this phrase, coupled with the abundance on gun violence in this region (especially in the last few years), it seems like they could come up with a better name"

"Whatever you do, never ship a package from Go Postal in Boone. We had them pack and ship a valuable guitar ($1000) from Boone to Fort Lauderdale, and they either stole it or lost it. We never received it, they never looked for it or followed up with us, and we’ve been fighting with them for six months for compensation. We have supplied them with a purchase receipt for the guitar as well. We paid $135 to ship it and insured it for $200. (They would not allow us to insure it for more.) At the very least, we should be reimbursed for the full amount of shipping plus the insurance. ($335.00) Today we finally received a payment of $165 only! That covers the cost of the shipping only, and totally disregards the insurance that was purchased. I would give this shipping business zero stars if it were possible. If you have anything of value that needs to be packed and shipped, DO NOT ship it through Go Postal In Boone!"

"I had a horrible experience and couldn't even get my order filled. I tried to use their website for a week and it was full of dead links. I loaded my files on a flash drive and went in person- where I was told to just send an email. I couldn't speak to anyone knowledgeable at any point through the process and it seemed like they just didn't want the business as the next day they claimed they couldn't see the photo, and yet were able to complain about the content of the photo. I hate that Precision Printing has the left the immediate area because this is what's left in Boone."

"Package was dropped off for return to it's manufacturer through FedEx with a pre-printed label. Package sat on location for just shy of a week, then it was sent to USPS instead of given to FedEx. Overall if you're shipping things out, there's safer and more responsible places around."

"Go Postal is THE place for shipping and printing in Boone. They are always friendly and patient, especially if you have odd shaped items to ship. My daughter and I shipped some very precious string instruments to DC and the arrived in perfect condition and on time. The price was excellent as well. Don't go anywhere else in Boone to ship."
