"Pathetic store. No inventory. Everything I need to order that are out of but never tell you when you order it for online pick up, so you make a trip there for nothing. Shelves are bare and customer service is even more sparse. Would give 0 stars if that were an option."

"I m live in Ashe where it’s almost an hour to Boone. I needed a simple T-100 Ethernet switch. Given the distance I called ahead to check stock. A young lady assured me they had 3 in stock. I got there and guess what??? This is what happens when you hire children to do adult jobs. I won’t be returning."
