"I NEVER thought I would be writing a five star review for a trainer. I had met Greg at the gas station in 2019 on one of the hottest days of the summer. He had ran there, was super positive and chatted with me about Studio 9. I proudly consider myself a near expert at self care, but I realized that my hobbies of crocheting, caring for cats and drinking coffee were not working. I need to exercise. Studio 9 was the first place I thought of, and I have been going happily. I would obviously prefer to sit on my cozy sofa eating carbs (wouldn't we all!) but Greg motivates me, holds me accountable, pushes my limits, doesn't judge me and meets me where I am at. I am so grateful for that chance meeting, and so grateful to Studio 9!"
