"I went for some tredmill belt lubrication. It wasn't any in the store (online it said there were three). But a woman helped me out and when she couldn't find it, she had Malcolm help me. They both were very nice and helpful. Malcolm placed an order online for me while in the store and it was quick and easy. According to my girls, he's nice on the eyes(he is) and sounds tough, in a good way, lol. But I was still able to get what I came for with the help of those two, thank you!!"

"My visit really solidified the best reasons to go to a brick and mortar store. Found everything I needed and that was enabled by the staff being easily accessible, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience! I was sad to see the parking lot so empty, I sure hope this location lasts since they seem to be doing everything right and have a great staff!"

"BIKE ASSEMBLY WAS AWFUL! We brought in 2 bikes for assembly. After 5 days we called (they did not call) to see if they were ready. We go to pick them up and while puttin them in the cars, we realize that the handle bars were loose and not aligned to the front wheels. In addition, one of the handle bars came completely out of the bike. This was very concerning to me as it could have created a very dangerous situation for our kids while riding. Keeping in mind this was a service we paid for! The manager acknowledged that this could have been dangerous and gave us a gift card ($20) for the inconvenience. Once home, my son began riding his bike and sure enough the handle bars became loose and he almost fell. NOT HAPPY! TAKE YOUR BIKES SOMEWEAR ELSE FOR ASSEMBLY!"

"Really nice store. Great location, with awesome surrounding shops. This particular spot has a really fantastic selection and isn’t picked over —for example during soccer season. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, with great advice. It feels fresh, open and airy inside. Easy on and off freeway access."
