"Hands down worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed orders in June and August for two different sports' teams at my son's high school. Both orders had missing items. I called looking for the items in September. I was told the items were still in production, and therefore, they could only give me a partial refund due to the fact that my items might still arrive. 5 phones calls in 2 months and I still don't have the items. They have had my money since June and August. On October 25th, I was promised a refund for over $200. I was told it would take 3-5 days. 10 days later, I check my credit card statement and I received a refund in the amount of $.01. It is criminal the way this company conducts business. I wonder how many people place orders, never receive items or never receive the refunds they are promised."

"Waste of money! Placed order at the beginning of volleyball season and when the order finally arrived, it was incomplete and print was defective. I stressed to the rep that these were required by the team and needed to be replaced asap so that my child wasn't penalized for not being in proper uniform. I guess the urgency didn't matter to them. After all, they already had my money. Best of all, the replacement arrived with only 2 games left in the season! Literally 6 days before our last game! It's just a souvenir at this point. I emailed them back but no response. I have no other choice but to order from them, as it's dictated by our school... but they suck!! Overpriced! Poor quality! Lacking customer service! DO BETTER!"

"ZERO stars if I could. They have absolutely horrible customer service. Unfortunately they are the vendor our school uses (don't know why). What is the use of printed custom team clothing if it doesn't arrive during the season! What a waste of money. Oh and don't count on them telling you that it's running late either. Just horrible all around, not to mention overpriced."

"We have had a horrible experience with this company and the sales guy Frankie Everitte. First they sent us a design that we approved and then was told that we can’t use that design anymore and they were going to charge us $75 to fix it even though it was their fault for sending us a design that could not be used. Then they agreed to fix it but sent us a design that was not what we wanted. You can see in the attached picture that one of the words are curved and off center. I asked if it could be straightened and centered and they told this could not be done. Seems like it would be a pretty simple fix and they are just not wanting to accommodate us at this point. I would spend your money elsewhere that care about the product they put out and their customers."

"Very bad service. My mother ordered a size 3XL shirt. When it came in, it was so small that it couldn’t even fit me. When she called in to get another shirt, they said they “could not replace printed shirts”. When she called to get the CEO’s information, they said they were not allowed to give that information out. Now, by law, companies are required to give that information to any customer. Not only are they not following the law, but the whole reason they have to do that is because that makes sure that the company can not get away with stuff like this. Please do not use this company."
