"Professional and will match prices for medications for your pets! They've been great so far!"
"I am completely ticked off! I thought my cat could be seen quickly to simply have his gums examined. I got him there at 10am and was told that I had to leave him there. I did not want a drop off appointment. Noone called to let me know what is going on. I CALL at 2:30pm and the doctor has NOT SEEN HIM YET!!! In the meantime he is in an unfamiliar environment and I pray that he is not scared. He better not get fleas or ticks from another animal. I have to pick up my daughter from school. They act as if people have all day.The Vet finally called me at 3:02pm."
"I am not one to leave negative reviews but I am just entirely disappointed with the Banfield at Brier Creek. I took my kitten for his first appointment and they have drop off appointments only. This would’ve been fine if I was granted the opportunity to speak with the Vet or Vet Tech, even if over the phone, to prevent miscommunication. My cat had previously been vaccinated for rabies before adoption. I left paperwork that documented both the vaccination and his neuter. When I got my end of visit call from the doctor, she told me he’s “gotten his rabies vaccine this visit” and when I told her he’d already been vaccinated and I’d informed Banfield she replied “oh… well that wasn’t recorded anywhere, be fine!”. She then asked if I’ve had him neutered. Again, this information was given via paperwork and verbally at registration. To end the call, she said “he did great” and I would need a three week follow up. The front desk then checked me out and wished me well, without scheduling my next appointment until I prompted that the Vet said I needed a follow up. I then take him home and realize they have his collar and paperwork (which included his rabies tag). I called the following morning and they apologized and offered a new tag because they don’t know where the paperwork is. I’ve been going to Banfield for years at a different location and have never had such carelessness/miscommunication from a provider. I will drive the extra 25 minutes to go back to the location I have been visiting."
"They wanted to charge me 89.00 to call poison control when my Boston had a rash on his muzzle. I offered to call and they STILL wanted 90.00. I left and was fortunate to find a vet who cared."
