"The first thing you notice when entering is that the waiting room is an actual living room! That's a nice change of pace from the standard and it gives you a "home-like" feel and puts you at ease. The doctor and his staff are very friendly and attentive to all your needs and questions. We were given a thorough diagnosis of our cat's problem and a series of steps to try from one to four, should the prior ones be ineffective. All the meds were included and we were very satisfied with our trip to The Itch Clinic."

"Dr. Hnilica and his staff create individualized plans for each animal who are needing extra TLC for allergies and skin issues. The staff are dedicated to helping your pet and explaining the details thoroughly and walking through the processes of different medications and treatments. The staff is also dedicated to following up with the patients and redirecting the treatment plan, if needed. The office is well maintained and is a safe environment for pets. I trust my doberman’s health in their hands and am grateful for their dedication to his health."
