"The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are easy to talk to and take time to explain things in a way that would be easy for any pet owner to understand. The prices are very reasonable and scheduling usually isn’t too far out. We had a kitty get attacked by a dog and they had no problem letting us bring him right away. Very grateful for them!"

"Mountain View Veterinary Clinic is run by people who truly care about an animal's welfare rather than profits. I contacted many clinics in SW Virginia and NC to help us get some barn cats spayed/neutered. The majority weren't taking new clients or wanted up to $300 per cat (not including bloodwork). Although this clinic was over an hour away, I took a chance and contacted them. Dr. Melton was very responsive and accommodating. The staff was efficient and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. There were no upsells or hidden fees after surgery. Thanks to Dr. Melton and her staff, this was the best experience we've had at a vet clinic."
