"I am giving Safeway pharmacy a 5 rating, only because of the excellent customer service I received from Dwayne, Lacey and Ken. I would love to see more of them at the store. Whenever there is an issue with my prescription they are able to fix the problem, quickly or inform me what has happened. The new person (female manager) is very curt and has a tendency to speak you as if you don’t understand what she saying. I have never had Lacey or Ken identify themselves as the manager or pharmacist , when I have concerns or questions. They greet me with a “how can I help you”. However, if this new manger/pharmacist is going to be the primary face for Safeway Cheshire Station pharmacy, I am okay with taking my business to another pharmacy. The three of them will address you by name, especially if you are a regular. They make you feel like they are my neighborhood pharmacy. Kudos to the Dwayne, Lacey and Ken, for making my experience at Safeway pharmacy a pleasant experience."
