"A family memeber and I came to Dr. Baker for joint therapy. The repeated late shows for our appointments, typically 20 minutes. Having to repeat info we had shared in our previous appointments to remind her what we discussed taking 15-20 min of our paid one hour time. Shared personal Information with out consent. Charged for a "missed" personal appointment when I waited 30 min in the lobby with no receptionist present and left a voicemail on the office line for my reason of departure. To which I had a returned call with in 10 min requesting my return. Came intentionally, 30 min early once, to do work in the lobby while I waited and was treated poorly and asked if I had made a mistake of our appointment time and then asked why would I show so early? I was questioned on the meaning of common psychological terms that were carefully brought up and well referenced to the situation. The added damage to the relationship with the careless direction of this Dr. I would strongly not recommend this office."
